Kamran Enterprise (kamranent.com) buys scrap and industrial waste across Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, including on WhatsApp, and how we use it. If you have any questions, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

We only collect what we need to give you a quote and arrange a pickup:

• Quote form: your name, company (optional), phone number, city, approximate quantity and a description of your materials.
• WhatsApp: when you message us, or we message you, we receive your WhatsApp phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of the messages, including any photos, documents or locations you send.
• Phone and email: anything you tell us when you call or email us.
• Technical data: our servers keep standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange site visits, weighing, pickup and payment.
• To send you messages about your quote or pickup, such as confirmations, reminders and receipts.
• To send occasional offers on WhatsApp, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP or asking us.
• To keep business and tax records as required by law, and to prevent fraud and misuse.

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, to send and receive messages. Messages are delivered through Meta's systems and handled under WhatsApp's Business Policy and Privacy Policy. We keep a copy of our conversations with you in our own messaging system so our team can follow up on your request.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, messaging (Meta / WhatsApp) and lead management tools, only for the purposes above.
• Our own staff and drivers who need it to visit your site or collect material.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We keep enquiries and messages for as long as needed to serve you and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep records longer (for example, transaction records for tax purposes).

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser to remember that you closed the announcement bar.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop messaging you, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days. To delete your data, send “Delete my data” to us on WhatsApp or by email.

We protect your information with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and by limiting access to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
